Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incompatibility with your system.

2. Service Downtime

In the event of extended service downtime exceeding 48 hours, affected time will be added to your license duration. Refunds will not be issued for downtime.

3. Ban Protection

While we strive to keep all products undetected, we cannot guarantee 100% protection against anti-cheat systems. No refunds will be issued for account bans.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate termination of all licenses and permanent blacklisting from NOTFRAUD services.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if NOTFRAUD is unable to provide a working product for an extended period. Contact support for inquiries.
